I am very sorry to say, but we are no longer going to be able to offer repair and restoration services on the Kenwood Hybrids.  Various issues prevent me from continuing.  I am very sorry.

I will continue to answer emails with questions about these lovable old radios.  I do have quite a bit of experience with these things and am more than willing to share it.

We will continue to sell parts.

Welcome to our website, we offer Restoration and Repair Service for all the Kenwood Hybrid Transceivers/Amateur Radios/Ham Radios as well as Parts to help you DIY. We bring these models back to their original specs and performance standards. I am Jim, KE7OAY. I have been licensed since 1961 when I got my Novice ticket at the age of 12. I hold an Amateur Extra Class license, as well as most every other FCC license at one point or another in my life, such as a 1st class Radiotelephone W/ Radar Endorsement. I have worked for 35 years as a design engineer in the pro-audio world, designing RF communication systems as well as audio gear. I founded ATK Audiotek Corp in 1983. In my younger years/college I worked in broadcast as an engineer in charge for several different AM/FM stations.

My two sons work with me doing restoration and repair. We also restore Sansui Quad stereo gear, as you can see at our sister site, www.QRXrestore.com. We also make a pro audio product at www.AudienceReactionPedal.com. We take what we do very seriously, and have an impeccable reputation. We stand behind our work and your satisfaction is our most important product. Our knowledge of audio and audio processing is particularly valuable in making your Kenwood Hybrid sound the best it possibly can. We hope we can be of service to you and your Kenwood Hybrid gear.
